The hotel was located in a convenient area where you could easily walk around and explore. the rooms were moderately clean with modern amenities such as wifi, and the staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel had a buffet breakfast that had a good variety of food and was satisfying.

The hotel lacked adequate parking space, which made it difficult for us to find a spot nearby.

Best location! Just perfect for exploring the Pyrenees in Christmas. We enjoyed waking up to the stunning mountain views from the room. The breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel restaurant were top-notch - the regional cuisine was a treat to the taste buds. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free parking - it saved us the hassle of looking for a spot.

Worst aspect about the hotel was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which made it difficult to sleep on some nights. , the traffic noise from the street was a bit disturbing.

the location was perfect for me since I wanted to explore the nearby attractions, and this hotel was situated right in the heart of the city. the hotel facilities were great. I definitely appreciated the comfortable and spacious room that had plenty of light and a lovely balcony. The staff was always nice and attentive, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. Finally, I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the lovely garden overlooking the mountains.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Loved the slick design, fantastic room with comfy bed and balcony overlooking stream, separate toilet and bathtub, delicious food, great location for exploring Haute Pyrenees, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel offers an amazing library and games for their guests to enjoy. the breakfast is very delicious and served in a beautiful garden with mountain views. the location of the hotel is perfect, just next to the thermal baths and a bakery shop.
